Meet Vicky
Vicky Morris brings over 27 years of dedicated experience across the adult social care sector, having served in local authorities, charitable organisations, private providers and, most notably, as an Inspector with the Care Quality Commission. As a recognised senior leader, she adopts a strategic, outcomes-driven approach to both quality improvement and safeguarding, ensuring that every service she supports delivers the highest standard of person-centred care.
Throughout her career, Vicky has designed and implemented robust quality-assurance and governance frameworks, leading targeted improvement initiatives that translate regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable practice. Her expertise in safeguarding is equally comprehensive: she has chaired multi-agency strategy meetings, managed complex case investigations, and developed streamlined processes that protect vulnerable adults while upholding their dignity and rights.
In addition to her consultancy work, Vicky serves as a Safeguarding Trustee for a leading domestic abuse charity, where she applies her deep knowledge of social care legislation and best-practice guidance to strengthen organisational safeguards.
